Habanero sauce

So today I made 2 types of habanero sauce, and I'd like to make a third soon, but Alan used up all the cream for his indian chicken stuff.

recipe 1
This one ended up being an interesting yellow color.

recipe 2

I'll tell you how they taste later.

Once you guys are ready for some actual spicy food, let me know. I got a break from my usual 8 straight hours of spending time with a computer (and not even a Mac) a couple of months ago to go to The Buffalo Wing Factory with some coworkers. One of them was sure he could handle at least one of the Flatliner wings, which will get a photo of you on the wall for finishing 10 (you dont get to try them before signing a waiver). As I read online from a guy who was confident in his ability to conquer ten, "There's spicy food, there's 'Thai hot' spicy food, there's death, and then there are Flatliners." My coworker, after wiping the wing with a napkin and then bathing it in ranch sauce, took a small bite that was apparently still kicking him all through the next night. For an hour the only words that came out of his mouth were "Wow" and "Can that stuff do something to your heart?" So, once you guys are ready to take off the training wheels, let me know and I will point the way to the Wing Factory.
